- Usage Counter - Number of JSON repairs performed (0-10 for free tier)
- Lock Status - Cooldown timestamp after reaching free limit
- Pro License Status - Whether you've activated a Pro license
- Dark Mode Preference - Your UI theme choice
- Selected AI Provider - Which AI service you prefer

When you use JSON Fixer Pro, your data is sent directly to the services you choose:

3. How Your Data Is Processed
3.1 JSON Repair Flow
- Step 1: You select JSON text on any webpage
- Step 2: You right-click and choose "Fix selected JSON"
- Step 3: The text is sent directly to your chosen AI provider's API
- Step 4: The AI returns repaired JSON
- Step 5: The result is copied to your clipboard

3.2 License Verification Flow
- Step 1: You paste your Gumroad license key
- Step 2: The extension sends it directly to Gumroad's official API
- Step 3: Gumroad confirms validity
- Step 4: Your extension unlocks Pro features

4. Third-Party Services - Detailed Information
4.1 Google Gemini API
When you use Gemini as your AI provider, your selected JSON text is sent to Google's servers. Google may process this data according to their privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Google's Terms of Service.
4.2 Groq API
When using Groq, your JSON text is processed by Groq's infrastructure. Groq's API has a free tier and does not store your data for training. See their Privacy Policy.
4.3 Mistral AI API
Mistral AI processes your JSON text only for the purpose of providing the repair. They do not use your data for model training. Read more.
4.4 Gumroad
When you purchase JSON Fixer Pro, Gumroad handles all payment processing. Your license key is verified through Gumroad's API. We never see your payment information.
What Gumroad may collect: Email address, name, payment method, purchase history. This data is controlled by Gumroad, not by us. See Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
5. Children's Privacy
JSON Fixer Pro is a developer tool and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us immediately.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously. Here's how we protect you:
